rev:text	I'm a small time landlord in the Las Vegas/Henderson area and had need of a replacement air conditioner/heater package for a property. I was constrained by time and events so the purchase was a hasty one. I went with the first company that said they could do it (Hawthorne) paying top dollar (between $7,000 - $8,000) While I caught them in a few instances of double talk and backtracking (all in the interest of securing my business and maximizing their profits), many companies do this, you have to be vigilant lest it gets out of hand. Point being - their AFTER SALES SERVICE is non-existent! I've been calling, reminding, complaining, urging, messaging, etc.... for the paperwork related to the permit and guarantee and have received nothing in way of results, callbacks, message returns .... nothing. I can only imagine what kind of response I'd get if I had a critical problem with the installation or hardware! Why would I ever call these people again! Dan
