  • I added an extra day & made pho reservation phone for $125 as stated online(unable to complete online reservation as internet not working!) So I made reservation by phone & was quoted $143, when I checked in this am I was told that I had to pay $165! When I informed the clerk he said no that the fee $165 is correct & was rude about it! The following was additional issues with this hotel! 2. Bathtub faucet falling off wall. 3. Hot water scalding. 4. HBO advertised as an amenity & no HBO 5. Internet too slow when working! Called costumer service to resolve the room fee issue & was on hold for 30 minutes, as this is the time it takes for me to go to work & was on hold the entire ride! *Resolution: I'd like a credit for $25 for the overage I paid when I was quoted $143! Misrepresentation & falsification will not be allowed
