I went with a friend to get pedicures a week ago. We showed up early, at 9:45, and we're told to come back in half hour.. So we went and got a smoothie and came back. We continued to wait another 10 mins and then were seated. There was only one technician available so my friend started getting her toes done first. Eventually, once hers were nearly done, my pedi started. The owner was working on my feet, while answering the phones and couldn't rush anymore than he did. I was not thrilled about the lack of attention to detail on the pedi, but also the lack of attention in being pampered, as that's why women get pedis... He was too distracted by the phone his appointment. So needless to say, won't be going back again. You can't treat new customers that way and expect them to return.
