I can't help but being upset about ONTRAC but also all companies and institutions that could make a difference while not hiring them or just shutting them down for fraudulent business, scamming innocent people. I was reading tons of bad online reviews today after having my special experience with them since yesterday. I was just ready to file a complaint with BBB as well and I am shocked how many complaints there are, "resolved" with lame excuses - what a complete farce and waste of time. You can check the BBB reviews and complaints here: http://www.bbb.org/phoenix/business-reviews/delivery-service/ontrac-in-chandler-az-31001695/complaints
All these complaints everywhere and nothing happens?
Although Amazon refunded the money for the "lost" items immediately and promised to investigate the incident, I have doubts that this will make a difference either. ONTRAC said the package was delivered on 1st Sept at 2:02pm - no it wasn't. They actually wanted to send somebody to my house today, 2nd September, to show me exactly where the package was left. First thing they do is trying to convince the customer that they did deliver and then get away with it. Oh well, after I explained that I have the driver on camera showing that he was here in my driveway at 2:22pm same day but after searching his van for almost 5 minutes and then driving away without leaving a package at my door, there was silence on the other side of the phone line. However, I wanted to look this person in the face and so I waited the whole day for somebody to come to my house explaining "where exactly" they left the package. Should I be surprised that nobody showed up?
