Location: The restaurant itself is really cute. I like that it's tucked into its own little corner, makes you forget you're in a strip mall area. Small patio but probably 7 tables. The two doors with different signs is a bit misleading it's all one establishment. Seems like over kill. 4
Service: Upon arrival the door was held open for me by the hostess. She was very friendly and smiled as I passed though. I was then greeted by the other hoatess she inquired about number of people in my party and promptly took me to my table, by the door on the to go side. Not the most ideal seat at first but turned out to be nice as many people don't use that door. I was quickly greeted by our server, Patrick, with menus. In told him I would look at them and wait for my friend to arrive before ordering. He brought waters by soon. He was knowledgeable but he did talk a lot more than I would have wished and at the end he said, " I'd offer you two dessert but you ate plenty already so I doubt you need it". I was shocked. ALWAYS OFFER. I was on a date and it was like damn, is he calling me fat?? 3.5
Food: We only did sushi. It was good. Nothing memorable but good. Writing this review a few days after and honestly can't tell you what I ordered. I love sushi and ate it again recently and can tell you every roll! So it was basic at best. 3
Presentation: food was presented neatly and quickly wait time was not long. Drinks wet offered once. Both had a glass of wine. 4
We were satisfied when we left the restaurant.
I'd like to give a 3.5 due to service and food but I will go to a 4 because service change easily. Also, because I didn't try the burger and it's what they really are known for.
