  • Dear God, I'm in love. This is what retail should be. Friendly, knowledgable staff. Great selection. Spectacular member (read: customer) service. I haven't had the same issue with prices that some other people have mentioned; it's easy to spend more money at Sport Chek or Bass Pro Shops for an inferior product. I picked up a pair of boots there and stupidly bought them a half size too small, which I realized this about 10 minutes into the bush. I brought them back, after using taking them through mud and streams for the weekend and was allowed to get a larger size without any fight. I really can't think of any other place that let would happen with footwear. My only minor extremely minor issue is that it would be nice to have more products that come in blaze orange to make them more suitable for hunting. If that's the only thing I can complain about, that's a damn good sign.
