I am advising anyone thinking of doing business with this store to rethink it and instead go to the closest corporate store instead. The reason I am advising this is because of what the manager of the store said to me I believe his name is Ryan. I went in there on the afternoon of July 8th 2016 to exchange a broken iPhone case. I apologize if I have the wrong name and if the owner of the store is reading this he was the only employee working in the store and he said he was the manager it was around 5 o'clock on July 8. The warranty on basic accessories such as $35 phone cases is one year according to the AT&T website. However the manager told me that their warranty is 30 days. I told him that actually the warranty is one year with proof of purchase. I always register my purchase with my account when I buy my accessories and I had been told this several times by other AT&T employees over the years and that is why I always buy my accessories from the AT&T store. I bought this phone case along with an iPhone 6s phone in April from THIS STORE and the case broke. He told me the return policy or warranty was 30 days only. I showed him the policy from the AT&T website and he acted like I was trying to scam him. He embarrassed me in front of other customers and told me that, "he would do it for me this time but never again". I told him that this is AT&T policy and that he's not doing me any favors. Then he told me that they are an authorized retailer and not a corporate store. He actually went on and on about how he doesn't work for AT&T he works for the owner of this authorized retailer. I'm sorry but when the sign outside says AT&T in big letters and on the inside of the store it says AT&T I believe I am doing business with AT&T. Well I called AT&T and they told me that the warranty covers all accessories bought in any AT&T store it doesn't matter if it's an authorized retailer or not. So these people are lying and I don't like giving my money to liars so do yourself a favor and go to a corporate store don't give these liars your money I know I never will again.
