  • I moved from mountain park ranch to here. Parking sucks if you have multiple cars. Maintenance response is quick. I only lived here for about 4 months with no issues, but other people's kids. They seem to run out into the street and like to fight. I read some other reviews about roaches but I haven't seen any in mine. The walls are thin, I can hear the kids above me running around. I don't hear the people next to us so that's good. It's a good place to live if you want to save money. My rent is about 1060 for a two bedroom that's with all the fees too. Not sure if I'm going to renew my lease, only because they don't have 3 bedrooms.
