  • I took a chain to be soldered. They told me it would be an hour. I had another appointment so I told them I would pick it up the next day. When I tried to pick it up, I found out that they hadn't even started on it. They again told me to come back in an hour. I had to make two trips to get my chain back. I had to request a receipt because they didn't provide on automatically. I don't trust their work, so I feld I needed a receipt.
