  • We've been a customer for five years now and can't say enough about how much we appreciate their thoroughness and professionalism. Brad, the owner/operator, had been our regular but this year (today) Cody was our tech and he did just as good a job. He took carrot use drop cloths and respect our home as if it was his own. Even though it was his first time here, he had reviewed our previous history with Brad and knew our equipment. Cody was also able to recommend a cosmetic repair I can do myself. I should also mention Michelle who does the scheduling over the phone. She is always cheerful and patient with our hectic schedule and rescheduling. If you have a fireplace or wood stove, you should get it checked annually. I highly recommend the staff at Grizzly's.
