  • Although I haven't moved yet, I'm extremely impressed with their customer service, and wanted to write a good review. I had ordered under $75, and would have been charged $30 for delivery. Instead of blindly doing that, I got a call from them informing me about that charge (since they don't charge it to you until after the boxes are delivered). I was so impressed that they took the time to do that, and that the woman worked with me to change my order so that I didn't have to pay that fee, and it would still be cheaper than if the fee had been added on. I definitely would recommend FrogBox for that reason alone! Good customer service is so hard to come by these days!
