  • 5 stars with 140 something reviews? No way..... but yes way Jose. This place finally brought something Vegas needed which was artisan gelato. Menu: They feature several of the not so typical ice cream parlor offerings. I sampled the rosemary honey caramel, green tea oreo, passion fruit, and halo halo. Already it's just a surprise of what they can create here. Gelato: Fresh, creamy and more importantly for me: not so rich. I chose the green tea oreo and really enjoyed it. I'm not big into ice cream but this really made me appreciate ice cream much more than I did. I chose the small kids cup at $4 Service: Family owned and honest to God service. One particular thing I noticed and applaud this establishment for is how they jam pack the ice cream into the cup. Most places just get a scoop and place it but the owner stuffed the cup with gelato. Much appreciated sir! It was kinda cute seeing the older grand parents in the back helping out and his young daughter coming in to greet her dad (owner). Overall: Yes yes yes, these people understand the science of gelato with ph.d. in hand. Wonderful!
