  • This is the very first negative review I have ever posted. I don't usually post negative reviews because I always give a company an opportunity to fix the issue but today was the last and final attempt to get a resolve. I have never had such horrible service from any company. I was given a security system that is out dated and I have been told this multiple times by the representatives that works at ADT. They attempt to fix my issue and then they send out some sales guy that does not seem to understand the issue. It seems very obvious that this company has a serious disconnect between the service dept/ sales dept and the installation. They don't seem to talk at all. So with that being said my problem has still not been fixed and the service I have is slow and not what I requested. I would think twice before giving ADT a call for your business. I can't speak for the residential but for the business side they have serious issue.
