  • Do your homework before choosing Gentle Dental. I started at the Flamingo office and the office staff was horrible. Moved to the Warm springs office because I had no choice and that has turned out to be a joke as well. They do not address your messages in their entirety nor return your phone calls. If I could have returned the braces two years ago I would have. I was told my payments were received but yet I receive a statement threatening to send me to collections even though my payments were made. Send me to Collections I dare you. Worst freaking experience ever.
