  • Renters, let me just say I'd rather have myself and my whole entire family die a long and terrible death before renting from this company or colony American homes. I don't know how these people look in the mirror everyday and feel ok with the fact that they work for a company with such shady business practices. Read all their other reviews from all the different cities they operate in and see for yourself. It's all really bad. I'm sure if Yelp had a negative star review That's what they'd get. I usually only write positive reviews and not spend time writing bad reviews but this company has really pushed me over the edge.
