  • Bought a Groupon for a mani pedi... it was difficult to get an appt at the time I needed so had to wait like 2 weeks. They called me the day of my appt to see if I could come the next day because they double books her. Ugh! So I agreed. It was like 90 degrees out and I walk in and find their air conditioner broke. No call to see if I would be ok with that. The place does not look or feel clean. There were layers of dust on the vents by the manicure tables and dust on the side tables. The nail polish stand was just perched on a stool. Never had me wash my hands before applying the polish and didn't cut my cuticles very well. Kinda of hard when your hands shake. The pedicure was much better although I was starting to sweat from sitting in the big chair.
