  • Made an early morning appt, months in advance. Arrived in plenty of time. Receptionist was less then friendly (blond wavy hair). Waited in lobby 25 minutes past my appt time then waited in exam room for another 35 minutes. No updates or explanations were provided from staff members, who were all too busy chatting about what to order for lunch then to be worried about patient care. I got my clothes back on & left 65 minutes after my appt time. Wish I could give zero stars. Took time off from work to have this appt. Unacceptable.
