  • I am updating my previous review to state that when I originally took my car in, it would occasionally make a clicking noise, which I was told by two other mechanics, meant the cv boot. After leaving Ted Wiens, not only is the clicking worse, my car has begun to grind and click constantly and louder than before. After my previous review, I was called by the store and told that it was the bearing that caused the problems, not the cv boot. My question is this: if the mechanic knew what was causing the issue, why didn't they fix it? If it was not my cv boot, and it was only my bearing, why wasn't that fixed instead? Not only am I out if $400, but I also have a vehicle I don't feel safe driving and has been parked since I picked it up from this shop. All they care about is the profit, and not about actually helping their customers.
