  • This was our first ultrasound (12 weeks) going in we were excited and happy, afterwards not so much - the ultrasound tech (older lady with short hair) made the experience a horrible one. The tech, who had a permanent scowl, shushed my husband when he said "oh honey, that's our baby!" - my husband was using a normal inside voice. Then when my husband asked if he could take a video of the ultrasound screen, she scolded us and said, "No, this is a medical procedure not some type of entertainment event." And to top it all off, I asked if we could hear the heartbeat and she said,"No" and when asked why, she said how the high frequency of the ultrasound would hurt the baby and it shouldn't be used for the heartbeat. We asked our OB about the heartbeat and ultrasound and the doctor said that made no sense at all. I also had to wait 30 mins to get into the appointment and then waited another 40 mins afterwards for the results. The other ultrasound techs at CML could be really great. But because of this lady we would never recommend going here. The tech completely ruined our first encounter with our baby.
