  • After an encounter with a deer, my insurance company had this body shop on their list of those they recommend & since they're close to where I live, it made perfect sense to use them as I had no other local experience with any body shop. In any event, it worked out fine; the scratches & dents were gone from the side where the impact occurred. Subsequently, I had a self-inflicted mis-hap with a utility pole that I wanted fixed, but at my own expense. I just went back there without getting any other estimates, as I didn't see the need. I was pleased the first time so why bother? I left the car there just before going out-of-town & it was ready, as promised, when I returned, once again with no traces of the scratches & dents.
