  • The receptionist Jennifer is one of the rudest persons I have ever spoke with over the phone and met. Trying to schedule an appt with her was one of the hardest things I ever had to do, and when I arrived for my first appt and was patiently waiting in the waiting room and listening to her speak to other patients I knew it wasn't just me that has encountered her rude behavior. I caught her rolling her eyes as a client walked away from the desk and sat down. I think they need to hire more professional people if they want to keep patients. Patients like to see older, friendly women at the front desk, not rude immature impatient girls.
