I'm a big Gordon Ramsay fan but I think this is the first of his restaurants I've been to. I have to say I left a little disappointed. Perhaps its because its Vegas and I have high expectations from every meal, especially considering the premium prices, but coupled with the fact its managed by one of the world's best chef's, I would expect more.
I went with a "classic Ramsay" dish; Bangers and Mash. It was pretty small, the sausages tasted a little manufactured and the mash and gravy was just...A-OK. My colleagues had the rueben sandwich, beet salad and Ramsay burger respectively. Again, no one was that impressed by the food and we all left underwhelmed.
In general, Caesar's needs to up their game as they are falling too far behind others such as the Aria, both in terms of hotel/casino standards and the restaurants they have to offer.
