  • 5* for dry cleaning, 1* for alterations. Wish I could review the alterations shop separately from the dry cleaners (they're in separate parts of the same building anyway), as I've never had a problem with the dry cleaners - they've always done a good job and followed my instructions precisely. I also appreciate their pickup service, especially since I can just have them pickup and drop off at the office. And on one occasion, they went way above and beyond to work with me to get a dry clean done on short notice. However, the alterations leave a lot to be desired. I had a button replacement done here that was a complete fail as the button was already loose when I got it back, and when I tugged at it, the thread completely unraveled and the button came right off! I also had a slightly crooked hem on another piece, which isn't a huge deal to me, but together with the button fail just shows a lack of care/professionalism. I'd definitely go elsewhere for alterations.
