  • I fell in love with pho a few years back, and can't get enough of it. Noodles Ranch was my first experience, so I've made an effort to branch out to other pho places around town and even while traveling to find comparable or better options. I can't find anywhere else that comes close. Their broth is so perfectly seasoned and simmered...I don't know what they do, but they are doing it right. I've always found their ingredients to be fresh, the food to be warm, and the service to be good. This place is a hole-in-the-wall, somewhat randomly dropped into a Scottsdale strip mall, so don't expect a high-end dining experience. That said, the service has always been fast and friendly, and I've never left unsatisfied from my meal. I also frequently carry out. They package the broth, noodles and veggies/chicken, and their toppings all separately, so the rice noodles stay in tact and nothing gets soggy before you get home. Add some sriracha and go to town on a big bowl of their pho. You won't regret it.
