  • If you're looking for a gym, look anywhere else! I've had the most horrid customer service experiences in my life thanks to this gym. I've been trying to cancel for about 8 months and just today succeeded (I had no contract signed!). I would call, they would tell me it was canceled, and I would still get charged. Just learned you can't cancel over the phone, which means I was lied to four times by four different employees so that they could continue to charge me. They're policies are bizarre, and I'm beyond furious with my experience.
