  • This salon originally had 4 stars. Mostly because of the great job that my nail tech did. However 2 days after my gel manicure one of the nails chipped and the gel peeled off .. I went back and lucky for me the salon was empty, despite 1 woman in the chair. Being that I only needed a single nail fixed I anticipated a quick visit.... After 45 minutes of waiting, 3 individual techs walking past me; all of whom not only spoke to the gentleman working on the previously mentioned woman, but also pointed at me and made direct eye contact with me... I still didn't get called up, however, who did? The other woman who was waiting for a full gel fill.. On 10 fingers. While I needed the 1.. If you're still following, i was directed to go sit at my original techs station and wait for her to come.. FINALLY!!! No.. 15 more minutes of waiting alone and I called it in. I had to leave after a full hour of waiting to fix a single nail. In an empty salon with 5 technicians. Sorry guys, I will be back to fix this nail. And then I don't think my business can be regained with you. My loyalty is lost.
