This bank has absolutely no customer service or technology that's anywhere near current. The banking mobile deposit never works glitches and shuts down the app constantly, the bank closes before anyone in the real world gets off of work and doesn't open before work starts is completely inaccessible and has no real perks to make up for it. My company uses this bank to process more than a billion dollars in client transactions per year and is ready to look for another banking partner due to our client and employee complaints.
