  • Wow, wow, wow, wow! Did I say wow. We didn't want to come to this Nobu. We really wanted to go to the Caesars location but it was all booked. We were pleasantly surprised. We were seated immediately. It is a smaller dining room but it actually made for an intimate experience. I wish I could walk you through what we ate. But I can't remember the names. What I can say is that we let Ed, our server create a tasting menu for us. He did a fabulous job. We told him only to avoid anything with mayo. We had 3 cold sashimi courses, some yummy cod dish and then the best steak ever! I didn't enjoy the carpacio, but I have texture issues. As such we got the finale steak well done and it was so juicy and moist that we couldn't believe it. We were too full to continue to the sushi course. They served us a great chocolate cake for our anniversary at no charge. I think our hotel concierge must have informed them. Now. It's in the Hard Rock Resort, which is really sketchy. That is the only draw back. Once you get into the restaurant you overlook what you have to walk through and just enjoy!
