  • Service here was very questionable, they laugh at their customers when they walk out. I did an hour massage on the table they offer and it's an open space. The guy kept talking to another employee and laughing and sometimes even stopped. They even switch out masseurs and they don't listen to your needs they just get straight to it. During the end of my massage the guy was literally slapping my feet really hard and when I took the towel off my eyes he was laughing with another employee sitting across, when I looked up he stopped. Very disrespectful people for NO reason at all; I paid and didn't tip, I was furious. if you want a good massage and people that treat you nicely I would head over to Blissful Foot Spa in Chagrin. I'm never coming back here again and will deter this place from everyone I know.
