  • This place is such a mess every time I come in and unfriendly employees. But the worst of all is all the fake cosmetics they sell there! Besides some purses! I mentioned to one of the employees how their Naked, Kat Von D, Anastasia Beverly Hills, and other name brand items were counterfeit. And they told me there was nothing they could do and they don't actually authenticate anything. Okay well if that is the case why the hell is your store call NAME BRAND Exchange. Very disappointed in this establishment will never ever be back! If you ever get a chance to go in and look at there pallets look up the actual brand online and see the difference in colors. You can also always tell by the smell for example fake pallets have a chalky like smell and colors are also less pigmented. And fake cosmetics are always a lot lighter than authentic ones. And counterfeit purses always have hallow zippers and hallow metals. !!!!!Pictures below!!!!!!
