  • I wish that I could leave a zero star review. I just picked up my 2006 Audi after leaving it here for A WEEK and absolutely NOTHING has been done to the car. I called to check in and see what the issue was with the car, it had started making a winding noise, day after day. All he told me was that he had replaced the pump and the car was still making the same sound. He said to drive it for a few days and see what happens.... WTF? What mechanic says that?! I just dropped it off at another mechanic and he says that all they did at this shop was put the WRONG power steering fluid into the power steering pump. The winding sound is much worse than it was before I dropped it off. As well as this, I left one of my daughters car seats inside the car and the entire car now reeks of cigarettes! He smoked inside my Audi with my 9 month olds seat in the car! I HATE THIS PLACE. Do not take your car here. Ever.
