  • I won't be coming here again any time soon. I'll probably give it another try in 6 months. Two months is more than enough time for a restaurant to get its act together but obviously not the case with STK. service was TERRIBLE. I had reserved a table for two 4 weeks in advance for a Friday night. The reservation was for 10:15 PM. We did not get seated until 10:50. What's the point in the reservation then? I can understand a 5 maybe 10 minute wait but 35 minutes? During that time I had asked someone if she could tell me an approximate wait time. She told me she couldn't because she's shadowing the hostess. If you're shadowing the hostess then you should have an idea based on how the night has been going ... she ended up giving us a complimentary drink card each. When I was seating I was asked for my drink order. That was received quickly. It took another 40 minutes until I had been ASKED what I wanted to eat. It seemed as if the server had been avoiding my eye contact. Regardless of if it's her fault or not, inform us what is going on and seem apologetic. Because I was getting no service from her and I didn't know what was going on I asked for a manager. He came by and was understanding. He decided to put our appetizer on the house. The food came 30 minutes after we ordered it. When we were ready for the bill we had let our server know. She came back 20 mins later without the bill and asked if we were finished our food. We had to remind her of the bill again. My reservation was at 10:15 and i left the restaurant at 12:45. That's ridiculous. After two months of being open there is no excuse. That being said, the food is delicious. 5/5. But I think they could have added some vegetables to the steak or something..
