| - Hyatt North Shore,
My wife and I visited Pittsburgh for the first time this past weekend. We came for the Three Rivers Art Festival. Even though we had many choices we chose the Hyatt North Shore because it was close to the festival; we could not have picked a better place. The staff was so nice and did everything they could do to make our stay the best. For example any time we needed to go somewhere in a three mile radius they were more than happy not only to take us but to pick us up. Tommy, Steven and Anthony took us all over the place and even seem happy to do it.
The rooms were so big, it was like staying in a suite, which included a super comfortable bed, desk, huge couch and chair; super nice. I have stayed in many hotels, this was one of the better ones.
The breakfast was the next huge surprise. They advertise that it is a continental breakfast but it was far from it. This breakfast was a full on breakfast, which included scrambled eggs, pancakes, waffles, French toast, sausage, fresh fruit, bagels, pastries, and the morning paper; all this for 125.00 a night.
I highly recommend this place, very reasonable price and friendly staff. Next time we are in Pittsburgh we will be back.
