  • I am a 69 year old woman. I've always had large breasts and have always want to have a reduction. Finally, I said "This is the time." I started researching surgeons. After about six months of research and asking my primary care doctor and my dermatologist, the same name kept coming up. Dr. Alexander. My husband asked me if there was anything else I wanted done. I said my "turkey" neck. So after going to my consultation appointment with Dr. Alexander I knew that he was the one I wanted do my surgeries. My husband went to all of my appointments with me and he too agreed that Dr. Alexander was the one. He communicated with both myself and my husband each step of the way as to what was going to happen and what happened each step of the way. He is one of the nicest doctor I've ever been to in my 69 years. To add icing to my cupcakes, his staff ROCKS. I highly recommend him. He's work is superb. 5 STAR
