  • Zero! Worst place ever to rent from! The office manager will never get back to you. I moved out and she finally called me back when I was looking at the apartment a year later. Also the owner of the apartment buildings is horrible also. She was a property owner of another bunch of apartments that have been a huge disgrace to Madison. I only wish I knew this before I moved into this dump. I would have never looked at a place to live where they let animal abusers and rude office managers run the place. If you like mold this is the place for you. And the owners only care if pay your rent. Forget about all the time it took for them to fix the mold issue that was their fault in the first place. They still want you to pay 6 months of rent while they fix it and you can't live there. If I could give Glacier Hills a negative 5 stars I would! And I normally never make a bad review The only good thing about this place was the maintenance people who were very helpful. Other than that I've learned my lesson. Research who your renting from. They could be money sucking landlords who allow anyone to rent and rude employees who will call you back a year later to tell you that the apartment you've already moved out of May be available. Ridiculous!
