  • Daniel the technician diagnosed the problem and fixed my AC. I had a bad capacitor. He was open, honest and upfront about the possibility of complications as a result of the weak capacitor. He also unclogged the drain in the attic. Got my AC fixed by 6pm on the day I called. I have used Cool Touch 3 times and always had a great experience. I highly recommend them.
