  • Very dissatisfied with my one yr old iPhone 5se. Constant upgrades and have to go to the apple store for to do them. Appointments are for after 3:00 pm only which makes the store very crowded when you go. Have to have an appointment which is always 3-4 days later so can't use phone until you go there. Last upgrade I lost Seri & can't get her back. Can't go online with WI-FI due to bad keyboard display that forces you to change the keypad display from numbers to letters & back to numbers etc.for WI-FI router code. TERRIBLE! Last time I did an upgrade the phone made it difficult to dial out because I didn't upgrade it. If my computer & Smart TV can upgrade by themselves why can't my iPhone? Hate my apple product but can't afford new phone. Oh, and did I mention that their chairs are backless? If you have a bad back bring your own chair because their stools suck! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
