  • Unprofessional disrespectful and their customer service is zero. CNJ will ever ever be called to my house again. The guy was just a complete asshole to me in my home with ZERO interest or compassion for my situation. Sorry my problem was such a bother for you. Next time I'll put your feelings into consideration AFTER you complete the work you were hired to do. And if they keep you on hold longer than five minutes, call them back because they don't seem to know how to work their phones or be respectful of their customers needs. No stars if I could.
