| - There were two showings for the movie: 8 and 9:15. We attempted to purchase three tickets for 8, but the only seats available were in the first two rows. We agree on 9:15 and that we will pass the time with a drink in the lobby.
9:11, we bring our tickets up. "Sorry, theater 5 isn't ready yet." "...but it's 9:11?" "Well, it's still being cleaned." Ok, weird. Whatever.
We see theater 2 has a 9:15 showing for the movie. Maybe they just put the wrong area? Nope. Our back row seats aren't available.
Turns out the person at the box office arranged for tickets for the NEXT DAY. A silly mistake, for sure. It could happen to anyone. Our tickets were refunded, but we had to sit in the second row. It was incredibly inconvenient, with neck pain, eye strain, and dizziness. There's a reason we chose the back row.
What was disappointing was 1) the lack of knowledge theater 5 would never be showing the movie and 2) the manager(?), Brittni's, response. She was unapologetic and practically silent, with no customer service. This led us to feel like we had to plead our case as to why this was an inconvenience, to which she interrupted, "ok," several times.
