  • It disappoints me to leave this place such a low review. I've been coming here since it opened and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. I travel back and forth from Vegas to Phoenix for business, and every time I want to meet with friends we meet at Hanny's. The food has always been the best! Drinks are also great. This night however was not about the dinner, it was more the service. Our waiter Gabriel was utterly disrespectful. It took us nearly 45 minutes to get our order in for food. Two tables came in after we did and both received their drinks and food long before we even ordered ours. On top of that, Gabriel only came to our table when we would call for him. He walked past us and asked his other parties if they needed anything else while we continued to wait. Very disappointed, I hope I never have to get him again.
