rev:text	My wife and I used to enjoy coming here. We were seeing a show at Gammage last night and when we made the reservation and when we sat down we told the waitress we needed to be out by the latest 7pm. She said no problem and that they cater to the theater crowd. Party of 8, but 2 of our guests didn't arrive until 6:20. great table and ambience and 6 of us sat at 5:25pm. We ordered beers and wine-25 minutes to get to the table. Ordered our appetizers and entrees at the same time when she brought our drinks. Didn't see our cheese and meat board for 30 min. Excuse me but does it take 30 min to cut cheese and salami especially when they knew we were attempting a time efficient meal? After we took a leap of faith we ordered another round of drinks, 3 beers not even mixed drinks and we waited again an unacceptable amount of time. They were "swamped" according to the waitress. I'm sorry but it is freaking Saturday night so I hope you would be busy but not our problem as the customer. The topper was the couple that arrived at 6:20 and placed their entree order at 6:35 received their meal before all of us that we're there at 5:25!!! We asked for the manager several times during the meal with no success until it was 7pm and we had already paid bc we were running late. Asked them to split the bill in 4 and they charged 1 credit card twice! It's unfortunate because all of the food was actually very good but the service was so horrible that we will not be back. The manager offered us gift cards but we told him that was useless bc we wouldn't be back. He did however refund $25 per bill. Hate to give terrible reviews but when you can't handle a Saturday night in the restaurant business it's pretty awful.
