rev:text	Few days ago i decided ( big mistake) to see what Leslie pool was all about. Our pool vacuum need it some repair so we decided to drop it off. We were told that someone will call us the next day with the diagnosis and the quote. 6:15 pm next day, nobody call us so when I finally decided to call them, they told me that nobody looked at our vacuum due to lack of personal? Didn't offer any apologies whatsoever and look like I was bothering him . I work in customer service and apparently Leslie pool doesn't know what that means!!! When someone finally call me 2 days later!!!!! , they said the vacuum need it about $120 worth of repair!! we picked it up and went somewhere else were they fixed it for $40!!! I mean $80 cheaper!! I will never go to Leslie pool ever again and I will spread the words about their practices
