  • I have never experienced such rude, snobby and incompetent girls. Everytime I have gone by the girls there are gossiping. The manager there is also very unprofessional. All they care about is making sales and not actually giving a crap about customers. I came to get my eyebrows waxed one day and half of them came off! The consultant who helped me did not even apologize. She just acted as if they looked good, so that I wouldn't be upset. I have also seen the manager make a scene in front of customers and bitch out her staff in front of clients. I would never recommend this place.... products are OK but the staff is ruining the reputation of the company.
