  • Amazing, original, and very fresh food. Menu is very creative. We had the tuna poke appetizer, smoked brisket sandwich and ahi tuna sandwich and all was so incredibly yummy. The fries rival any truffle fries anywhere. Above the great food was very attentive and kind service. Our waiter, Dillon, was so helpful, quick, friendly and attentive. He anticipated what we needed throughout our meal. One thing I cannot stand when I choose to spend money at a restaurant is when the wait staff act like you are a bother to them. We tip based on service, but also on attitude. I really appreciate someone who looks you in the eye and doesn't just take your order as if roiling their eyes because they just got another table. Great job, Dillon. We would definitely come back for the food, but will also hopefully be there when Dillon is too!
