  • I called Plumbing Masters to service and flush out my water heater. Technician Mike Pace told me it was not in my best interest to put money into my water heater as it would be best to replace it as he found things that needed replacement. My Home Warranty will cover the cost but using their company. Mike wrote a complete report for me on what was wrong with my old one to give to my Home Warranty Company who approved it. I am totally pleased with Mike`s honesty who could have just told me I needed to replace the valve and thermostat. He was polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I will now use Plumbing Masters for any future plumbing needs I may need not covered under my home warranty and highly recommend Plumbing Masters to anyone.
