  • If you're simply looking for an appliance store to purchase appliances with absolutely no support if there are problems with your appliances then Spencers is your place. Don't ask your sales person if the appliance you're considering is reliable because they will not know. They do not want to hear from you after your purchase. If you have experience with car sales people, you will know what to expect from Spencers personnel. Good luck with Spencers, but if you can beat their prices, go to the lowest price because Spencers offers nothing but sales.
