  • Where do I start: Wow, what a wonderful company to do business with. My partner and I began looking into adding solar to our home approximately a year ago. We interviewed four other solar companies. We had so many questions and got so few answers until we made contact with these guys. They come into your home with all the information they need to "sell" you a system, and they educate you as to every aspect of the process from how the system works to the way to garner the best return on your investment. Who says you can't find good professionals. If you can't, you just haven't looked here. Rick and Eugene are such top rate salesmen that we almost regret the time we spent listening to the misinformation of other solar companies whose main focus was on leasing us a system. One of our standard questions of all the solar companies we interviewed was how long before the system can be installed? The answer was always, It will be six to eight weeks before we can start. Universal's answer was, We'll start tomorrow, which they did. From the time they started to the time we flipped the switch on our new solar system was six very short weeks. The longest part of the process was waiting for NVEnergy to do their part. Every other company was telling us it would be a five-to-six month process. If you're looking for the best, and you want to be valued as a customer, look no further.
