  • Excellent service!!!! Our hard drive crashed and I was at my wits end on trying to fix it myself before taking it to Secure Data Recovery Services for help. The drop off was quick and easy and I was given a diagnosis (head crash) within the time frame stated on their website. Mitchell was my contact and he was very helpful and forthcoming on the repair work needed to recover our precious photographs and files. He was able to work with me to set up payment options that worked the best for us and was very responsive thru email. They were able to recover all of our treasured files (music, photographs, financials, etc.) and I really liked how they proved the data could be recovered prior to requesting payment, If we ever need a data recovery service again (hopefully only need to learn this lesson once...back your files up!!!) I would definitely use Secure Data Recovery Services again.
