  • Was in town for 2 weeks and our 'baby girl' dog who was on steroids when we arrived in town had gotten progressively worse. Came to the Veterinary Referral Center for a better diagnosis than what our Vet at home had said, and hoping for some pain relief. The staff was tremendously helpful, friendly and professional at all times. They contacted our Dr in So Cal for the records as soon as we arrived. Dr Horstmann was compassionate, easy to talk to, very communicative and we felt we were taken very good care of. The testing that was done was immediate and although we have to wait a few days for the results they did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and answer all questions. We never felt rushed or like they had to move on to the next patient. We were provided with a CD of her XRays to take with us and did everything they could to take care of us. I was tremendously impressed with this facility and can only hope that we can duplicate the service when we take our baby back home!
