This is a nice hide away restaurant that fits a moderate budget. My wife and I walked in and was greeted promptly. We are seated and drinks come right out. I like the Japanese architecture of roof tops inside the establishment. Seating is a tight fit, but there is also a patio area. Our order was taken and my wife ordered sushi rolls while I ordered from the kitchen.
My wife's food came out quick and she loved it. My soup and salad was out early too hold me down. Seemed at least 20 min lapsed before getting my calamari appetizer and then my main dish another 10 min later. The calamari was super good. So fresh and the sauce to dip in was excellent. Main dish of spicy pork and was better than I thought also spicier than expected.
Overall service was average at best. Food was excellent and I think the restaurant could use a little face lift. We will return to try the lunch special.
